Import Duties & Taxes

All CHL-STORE orders ship from Taiwan. Our product prices and shipping charges do not include import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST) or customs brokerage fees in your country.

If your country charges any of these, the amount is set by your local customs office, is usually collected by the courier (FedEx, DHL or the postal service) before or at delivery, and is paid by the recipient.

By region

European Union & United Kingdom: import VAT generally applies to all commercial parcels, whatever their value. The courier may also charge a handling fee.
United States: low-value imports are no longer automatically exempt from duties, so U.S. orders may also be charged duties or fees at delivery.
Canada, Australia and other countries: duties and taxes depend on your country's thresholds and the value of your order.
