Wholesale terms

Minimum order 10 pieces per item. Pre-order items may have their own minimum and take longer to arrive.
Pricing Special wholesale prices are shown on product pages once your business account is approved.
Shipping Ships from Taiwan. Free worldwide shipping on orders over USD 990. Import duties, taxes and handling fees in your country are paid by the buyer.
Payment Credit card, PayPal or bank transfer (T/T).
Account approval Usually within 12 hours.
Active accounts Wholesale pricing is kept for active partners. Accounts are reviewed on the 1st of each month, and accounts with no order in the past month may be paused. Contact us anytime if your account has been paused.

How to become a wholesale customer

  2. We review your application, usually within 12 hours.
  3. Log in and order. Wholesale prices and our wholesale product folders appear when you are signed in.

Who can apply?

Retail shops, online sellers, companies, distributors and importers. Overseas buyers are welcome.

Can I mix different products in one order?

Yes. The minimum is 10 pieces per item, and you can order as many different items as you like.

Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?

All orders ship from Taiwan. Delivery time depends on the destination and on whether items are in stock or on pre-order. Contact us for an estimate for your country.

Who pays import duties?

Import duties, taxes and handling fees in your country are paid by the buyer.
